 pour un depart a 9:30, Parking de l'eglise. Pour un parcours
 d'environ 15 km, sans difficulte.</p>

 <p>Covoiturage
 possible de Ouistreham, rendez-vous a 8h pour un depart a 8:15 sur
 l'aire reservee a cet effet, rue de la voie au coq (zone du
 maresquier).</p>
 
 <p>N'oubliez pas votre pique-nique.</p>

 conseilles</p>
 
 <p>Gratuit pour les adherents, 3 euros pour les
 non-adherents.</p>
