 donnons rendez-vous a 14h pour un depart a 14:15, sur le parking de
 l 'ecole de Lantheuil.</span></p>

 style="font-size:16px;">Marche de 12 kms avec peu de
 denivele.</span></p>
 
 <p><span style="font-size:16px;">Bonnes
 chaussures de rmarche</span></p>
 
 <p><span
 style="font-size:16px;">Covoiturage possible de Ouistreham,
 rendez-vous a 13:10 pour un depart a 13:20 sur l'aire reservee a cet
 effet rue de la voie au coq ( zone du
 Maresquier).</span></p>

 pour les non adherents.</span></p>
